2. No Account Registration
Peak Tracker is designed for privacy and ease of use. You are not required to create an account or provide personal identification to use the App. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device to prevent unauthorized access to your local data.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Peak Tracker for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
a) Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App;
b) Use the App for any illegal purpose;
c) Exploit the App for commercial gain without our written consent.
4. Safety Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy of map data, GPS coordinates, or weather information provided within the App. Always rely on official sources and your own judgment when navigating outdoors.
5. Virtual Goods (Coins)
The App may offer virtual currency ("Coins") for purchase or reward. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the virtual currency system at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within Peak Tracker are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws. You retain full ownership of the photos and text logs you create using the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage resulting from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
